- As a Data Engineering Analyst at Nexer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to multiple projects and collaborate closely with both internal teams and clients across diverse industries.
- Your role will focus on understanding data needs, developing data-driven solutions, and ensuring that insights are delivered effectively to support business goals.

- On a typical day, you will:Collaborate with teams and clients to assess data requirements and identify areas for improvement using data analysis.
- Assist in developing and implementing data solutions, including ETL flows and data architectures, using Microsoft technologies like Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and Synapse Analytics.
- Translate business requirements into technical data models, ensuring the solutions meet quality and performance standards.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports to effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing training and support to end-users, ensuring the successful adoption of BI solutions.
- Document technical processes and provide support for maintaining and improving data solutions.

- Experience in data analysis and visualization, preferably using Microsoft tools.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Strong knowledge of Azure SQL DB or SQL Server (creating views, optimizing queries, best practices in warehousing).
- Strong knowledge in ETL development using data pipelines and dataflows, and tools such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI development (Desktop, Service).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Familiarity with data modeling, workflow design, and user interface design.
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, energetic, and proactive attitude.
