All positions are CLT.You can learn more about InComm Payments by visiting our or connecting with us on , , , , or .About This OpportunityIn this Data Management Coordinator position, you will focus your attention on ensuring the timely and accurate administration of contracts and credit approval in accordance with InComm’s policies, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for details and accuracy and possess professional level English communication skills.This position is CLT and Fully Remote in Brazil. Responsibilities
  • Process all incoming contracts within the standard 2 business days
  • Review of all incoming contract documentation for discrepancies
  • Perform credit review in conjunction with company policy
  • Perform Secretary of State registration checks on business entity as required
  • Accurately enter approved contracts on multiple company platforms and systems for approved, pending and declined application
  • Follow up with Sales Rep/Account Manager to obtain additional documentation for pending contracts
  • Report daily activity to sales force regarding approvals, declines, and pending agreements
  • Track contract data and status for reporting purposes
  • Maintain merchant documentation
  • Assist Sales Rep/Account Manager with contract related questions and inquiries
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor & Manager of the Data Administration Team (DAT)
Qualifications
  • College Degree preferred but not required
  • Professional English communication skills
  • ORACLE experience preferred
  • Prior Administrative/clerical experience required
  • Credit Review and Analyst experience a plus
