- Respond to sales inquiries and client messages promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the engineering team using established SOPs. Essentially, step-by-step written instructions that explain how to perform a specific task.
- Maintain organized records, schedules, and task lists.
- Ensure smooth, asynchronous communication across teams and time zones.
- Requirements
- English resume. This role is for bilinguals only.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in an asynchronous environment.
- High attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a significant advantage.
- The candidate could be based in LATAM or Indonesia.
