
Retail Program Manager, MVR HUBS

Monitor and manage critical KPIs for Hubs (selection growth, buyability rates, FTAC conversion, vendor attrition) and identify improvement opportunities through data analysis;Act as the main POC between Hubs and central teams for innovation initiatives, helping to shape solutions that can be effectively implemented in Hubs' massive operation;Lead the implementation of scalable solutions using automation and AI, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful adoption;Create and maintain efficient monitoring systems and dashboards to track operational health and identify trends;Develop and implement strategies to reduce vendor attrition and improve overall vendor experience;Coordinate task forces with commercial teams to address critical operational challenges;Map and structure operational demands from commercial teams into scalable solutions, working with central teams (FinOps, Retail Experts, etc.);Report results and evolution to leadership, providing data-driven insights for decision making.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Program or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Speak, write, and read fluently in EnglishPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
