The position will be based at our Tetra Pak office in Monte Mor, Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.What you will doIn this area we are responsible for support Supplier Managers on conducting Sourcing and Contracting related activities, as Request For Invoice (RFI), Request For Quotation (FRQ), Contracting, purchasing requisition conference, etc. and you will learn how the procurement department works on a multinational environment, and also develop some soft skills as communication, time management and problem solving.As a Supplier Management Intern, you will:
- Support of administrative tasks for our Supplier Management Shared Service Center in Americas.
- Prepare RFQ (request for quotation).
- Follow up on suppliers.
- Support for projects from other team members and/or Regional buyers.
- Bachelor Studies in progress: Engineering, Business, Administration, etc. - it's important to be open to learning about technology and digital tools.
- Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Intermediate English, Microsoft Office, Power BI, communication, and teamwork.
- Are an active student in the final 2 years of your undergraduate program.
- Are available to commit to a contract of at least 1 year.
- Are available to work 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., throughout the entire internship period.
- Are available for the internship from January 19th, 2026 to December 7th, 2026.
- Expect to graduate in December 2026 or later.
