- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement robust sales strategies that align with organizational objectives and support revenue growth.
- Team Management: Directly manage and mentor a team of 10+ senior sales managers, providing clear guidance to drive results while overseeing the indirect management of a broader team of 50+ sales professionals.
- Sales Performance: Set and monitor sales objectives, performance metrics, and KPIs to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Industry Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of the tech/software industry and BPO sector to identify market opportunities and drive business development.
- Relationship Building: Forge and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, clients, and partners to enhance the company's market position.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments; present findings to senior leadership.
- International Communication: Operate effectively in a global business environment with C1 proficiency in English and the ability to communicate in Spanish as a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years in sales roles with significant work experience in the tech/software industry; experience in the BPO industry is advantageous.
- Skills: Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, proven strategic planning abilities, and advanced analytical capabilities.
- Languages: Portuguese + English proficiency at C1 level is required; Spanish proficiency is a significant advantage.
- Leadership Abilities: Proven track record of managing large teams with direct reports and indirect influences.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of tech and software solutions to effectively sell and communicate product value propositions.
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Demonstrated success in driving substantial revenue growth and leading teams to achieve outstanding results.
