- Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for GTM technology platforms including Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, and customer support systems
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations teams to identify business needs and translate them into scalable platform solutions
- Lead the design and evolution of GTM workflows including lead management, account management, customer engagement, and support operations
- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable platform capabilities
- Identify opportunities to improve commercial productivity through workflow automation, better data quality, and platform simplification
- Explore and implement AI-powered capabilities across the GTM stack, including use cases such as sales insights, marketing personalization, support automation, and intelligent workflows
- Work with emerging technologies such as Salesforce Agentforce and AI models like Claude to prototype and deliver AI-enabled experiences for sales, marketing, and support teams
- Ensure the GTM ecosystem supports accurate reporting, analytics, and data-driven commercial decision making
- Drive cross-functional alignment across business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver impactful platform initiatives
- Continuously evaluate and modernize the commercial technology stack to support the evolving needs of the business.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field or equivalent experience of 10 years.
- Have minimum 7 years of product management experience, preferably working with enterprise or platform products
- Have experience with GTM platforms such as Salesforce CRM, Marketing Automation platforms, or Customer Support systems
- Understand how technology platforms support sales operations, marketing engagement, and the customer lifecycle
- Have curiosity and experience exploring AI-powered product capabilities, including tools such as Salesforce Agentforce, Claude, or other modern AI platforms
- Can identify and prototype AI-driven use cases that improve sales productivity, marketing effectiveness, or support operations
- Are comfortable working across business stakeholders, engineering teams, and IT organizations to drive product outcomes
- Have a strong ability to translate business problems into scalable platform solutions
- Are data-driven and use metrics and insights to guide product decisions
- Thrive in environments with ambiguity and can prioritize effectively across competing initiatives
- Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or regulated environments is a plus
