- Develop and maintain the area road map and strategic planning across BSC Logistics.
- Define KPIs, assess processes, and translate insights into optimization strategies.
- Lead workshops, participate in benchmarks, organize visits, and facilitate planning events.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and communicate complex initiatives effectively across global and regional partners.
- Assess capability gaps and coordinate investment roadmaps across BSCs.
- Lead 1-Year and 3-Year Plans (1YP, 3YP) for centralized logistics operations.
- Maximize productivity through implementation of technical solutions and process improvement initiatives.
- Design and govern the executional planning strategy, processes, and operating structure.
- Oversee global benchmarking and extract insights to inform planning decisions.
- Define and monitor KPIs specific to executional planning performance.
- Own the Inventory Deployment block within the Excellence Program (including audits, workshops, C2C reviews, handbook updates and community engagement).
- Govern global executional planning projects and ensure adoption of systems and tools.
- Monitor platform usage compliance, especially within the o9 planning environment.
- Lead strategic global initiatives including GenAI, touchless planning, dynamic deployment, and more.
- Track and evolve performance metrics such as In-Full, SCOH, OOR, allocation efficiency, adherence, and touchless rate.
- Support the design and rollout of centralization initiatives across logistics.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain and Logistics operations at AB InBev.
- Proven experience in planning, strategy, and process optimization within a multinational environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Miro, Power BI, Office 365, SharePoint, OneNote, OneDrive, and MS Teams.
- Deep knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and business process optimization methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with business process mapping tools and execution.
- Strong analytical mindset, with fluency in data modeling, statistical analysis, and visualization tools.
- Method-driven approach, leveraging DMAIC, PDCA, frameworks.
- Experience collaborating across technical teams in complex environments.
- Familiarity with the o9 planning platform and other advanced supply chain tech solutions.
- Availability to travel different countries
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with ability to influence global stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously in evolving structures and thrive in dynamic settings.
- Fluent in English. (capable of influence important stakeholders)
- Advanced in Spanish or higher level.
- Experience with AB InBev's BSC structure or similar FMCG environments.
- Background in project management.
- You have a strong working knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain Processes and Logistics processes in AB InBev or other FMCGs
- You have working knowledge or experience of Management Systems and/or Excellence Programs at AB InBev or other FMCGs
- You have a working knowledge of Python
