- Engage with customers (via KAMs) to address technical requirements, propose technological improvements, and align solutions with the product portfolio.
- Conduct technical demonstrations of technology solutions tailored to client needs.
- Deliver internal technical training to KAMs and channel partners, while actively contributing to sales strategies and new account acquisition plans.
- Support customers throughout the entire sales cycle, including post-sale follow-up.
- Understand IT department structures, hold technical/commercial discussions at multiple levels, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar.
- Experience in the role for 3 to 5 years Strong technical expertise in relevant technologies.
- Proven commercial acumen and customer-facing skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Intermediate Excel skills (data analysis, reporting).
