Job Description:As an Vice President Project Manager from the Business Transformation team, you will be sitting in the intersection of many workstreams undergoing a major transformation, you´ll working on daily basis together with Product Owners, Operations Leads, Tech Lead and Project Managers to coordinate project working groups through stablishing project management standards, processes, and Scrum / Agile best practices, ensuring projects are executed efficiently. Furthermore contribute to keep the focus from project working groups towards to achieve strategic Business Objective.Maintain local, regional and global teams engaged, eradicates barriers in communication and align on expectations management by contributing to refine on common objectives comprehension and deliverables accomplishment. Make sure project execution is also adhered to global standards and it´s fully synchronized with global objectives at the same time.Ensure issues and risks are mitigated, preventing impacts and getting through the path of successful implementation and business growth.Provide an status reporting for Top management and Steering Committees in line with your program/portfolio status, evaluate the progress and health of project via KPI´s and business specifics criteria's and metrics.As your role and responsibilities entails high exposure to environments with Senior Management and key stakeholders from JPMorgan, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate and refine your soft / hard skills in parallel with your contribution to Strategy and Project delivery.Job Responsibilities:
  • Work and interact with Top management, Business Leads stakeholders to design and agree on future objectives and ensure prioritization.
  • Drive ownership and shepherd execution of key initiatives and requirements.
  • Ensure alignment and coordination across Business teams, including Sales and other Partners as; Compliance, Business Control Management, Legal and Finance.
  • Develop and lead the strategy for project completion and deliverables accomplishment.
  • Collect - analyze and report project data; including status updates, milestones completion and key performance indicators (KPI´s) from key initiatives and projects.
  • Communicate effectively across the organization via project reporting, take active part of conversations and war rooms to address and trigger actions towards the direction the project/s requires.
  • Manage risks and issues for prompt resolution when and where applicable
  • Conduct escalations when complex scenarios and issues arise and posed on the project continuation.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • +5 year internal or external management consulting, working with a diverse nature of initiatives and projects oriented for Strategic Business development.
  • Interpersonal and influencing and negotiation skills, including the ability to work with colleagues at all levels in the organization, ambassador of change and transformation.
  • Results oriented driven, strong analytical and end to end problem solving skills.
  • Structured and capable of build data driven quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analysis.
  • Comfortable navigating in complex organization and projects working environment in hand by hand with Cross Line of Businesses stakeholders and a diverse groups of interest.
  • Ability to articulate concise communication (both verbal and written), with experience speaking to executives and end to end organization.
  • Proactive mind set in the prevention and reaction on challenging scenarios, suggest concrete actions to achieve progress and provide support towards removal of roadblocks.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Payments experience, wholesale banking and B2B Payments background.
  • Scrum Master Certification or SAFe Agile certification / Project Management Professional (PMP) by PMI is a plus.
  • Monday, Jira and other Agile tech tools for Project Scrum framework.
  • Proficient in Portuguese (native) and English, Spanish is a plus.
