- Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive (Group) to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, driving group sales, and achieving revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new group sales opportunities within the corporate sectorDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate accountsConduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clientsNegotiate contracts and close deals with corporate customersCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or servicesAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategiesMaintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM systemAttend industry events and networking functions to generate new leadsProvide regular reports on sales performance and forecastsQualificationsBachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldProven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in group or corporate accountsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levelsStrong negotiation and closing abilitiesProficiency in CRM software and MS Office suiteOutstanding presentation and public speaking skillsEffective time management and organizational abilitiesIn-depth knowledge of group sales strategies and corporate purchasing processesFluency in Arabic and English is essentialSales certifications are preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentValid driver''s license and willingness to travel as requiredAdditional InformationBeing a Raffles employee means embodying and conveying the brand and the company mindset through our Heartiest service culture.
