• You'll collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define product roadmaps, align requirements, and launch new products.

• Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch analysis, including defining user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, and workflows for development teams.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements.
• Evaluate technical solutions and prioritize features based on feasibility, impact, and customer value.
• Conduct market research and customer discovery to understand the value proposition of our products.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure timely delivery of features meeting quality standards; organize testing and feedback processes.
• Minimum of 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a technical product management role.
• Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana, etc.
• Strong understanding of microservices, P2P systems, JavaScript.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities remotely.
• Experience defining, tracking, and reporting on product KPIs; familiarity with A/B testing or similar methods is a plus.
• Experience leading AI and P2P projects is advantageous.
• Hands-on development experience with JavaScript frameworks like Node.
• Js, React, or Angular is a plus.
