You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.Position Overview:As a Senior QA Automation, you will oversee the quality assurance processes of our applications, focusing on both manual and automated testing strategies. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our solutions meet the highest quality standards while supporting agile and continuous development practices. You will have the opportunity to build scalable and reliable test infrastructures, playing a vital part in our commitment to delivering exceptional digital experiences.Key Responsibilities:Conduct manual, automated, and end-to-end testing on new and existing applications.Perform performance, load, and unit testing to ensure application stability and reliability.Build and maintain a highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant test infrastructure.Collaborate with the development team during the design and implementation phases.Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed established acceptance criteria.Advocate for best practices in QA, maximizing efficiency and quality.Work within an agile environment, continuously integrating feedback into development processes.Required Skills and Qualifications:Must-have Skills:Solid experience in Manual and Automation Testing.Proficiency with Automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Robot Framework.Experience in Mobile Testing.Advanced English proficiency.Nice-to-have Skills:Familiarity with ALM Octane.Experience with Appium and Appium Inspector.At CI&T, we are driven by Collaboration, Innovation, and Transformation as we lead in the digital landscape.
