In this role, you will be responsible for:
Analyzing and interpreting Brazilian tax laws and regulations to ensure the company's compliance
Staying up to date on changes in tax legislation and implementing necessary adjustments
Identifying and mitigating tax risks
Preparing the calculation of direct and indirect taxes
Preparing and reviewing direct and indirect tax returns
Performing tax bookkeeping
Support audit processes
Contribute to the improvement of automation processes and initiatives in the tax department
Participate in projects in the area
Qualificações
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Experience in tax analysis or similar role
Advanced knowledge of Brazilian tax laws
Experience in SAP system
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
CRC will be a plus
Experience in tax compliance and audit
processesSolid knowledge of the Brazilian tax system and tax regulations
Intermediate English
