• Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Backend Tech Lead to join our team in São Paulo (hybrid model).
• If you''re excited about technology, engineering excellence, and leading high-impact projects, this is the place for you!What will you do?Lead the design and implementation of backend technical solutions, with an architecture based on microservices using SpringBoot.
• Ensure compliance with architectural frameworks and technical standards.
• Drive implementation of alerts, metrics, and tests to ensure robust, secure, and high-quality software.
• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of systems with a focus on performance, scalability, and resilience.
• Act as a technical mentor, fostering a culture of best practices and high-quality engineering.
• Support the execution and monitoring of Agile product development methodologies.
• What are we looking for?Must Have:6+ years of experience in backend application development.
• Proven experience with: SpringBoot, SpringCloud, Event-Driven Architecture, Kafka, Redis HA, Exadata, MQ.
• Advanced knowledge of: Hexagonal Architecture, DDD, TDD, BDD, Reactive and Functional Programming, Java 21.
• Strong expertise in: OpenShift, GitHub Workflows, CI/CD, Unit Testing, REST APIs, S3, XML/XSD, Security and Quality Gates (SAST, DAST).
• Experience in API-first design, integration flows, and resilience patterns.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and banking message standards (MX, MT).
• Fluency in English.
• Strong soft skills: communication, flexibility, accountability, teamwork, positive attitude, and mentorship abilities.
• Nice to Have:Technical knowledge of: Ansible Tower, Grafana, Prometheus, Sonar, Keycloak, APIConnect.
• Functional knowledge in: Transactional banking and cash flow systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and high-performance API development.
