Airswift is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer (contract until December 2027) to work on an outsourced contract, in Rio de Janeiro, with a major Oil & Gas Company. Responsible for prevention of damage to, protection of, and restoration of computers, electronic communication systems and services, including information contained therein to ensure its availability, integrity, authentication, confidentiality, and non-repudiation. This includes identity and access management, security testing, systems hardening, vulnerability management, incident response & detection, application security & cyber threat intelligence. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Support for cybersecurity barriers, protection of information systems, networks, and data integrity. Experience in Operational Technology Security: understanding of VLANs and subnets, IT knowledge: antivirus and firewalls, Network architecture, NIST cybersecurity framework, Information security awareness, Knowledge of Automation and Telecommunications, Cloud Security, Cybersecurity Principles, Data Privacy, Data Protection, Governance, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Incident Analysis, Incident Reporting, Open Source Intelligence, Password Management, Risk Management, Secure Remote Work Practices, Security Awareness, Threat Modeling, Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), Vulnerability Management, Wireless Security.
