- Manage outsourcing labor vendor (new vendor sourcing, periodical markup review and negotiation, time & attendance management, bill review and processing, etc.

- Oversees talent acquisition process for hourly and salaried hires (recruiting, new hire on-boarding, and orientation) and ensures that talent needs are met timely.

- Partners with the warehouse leadership team and country general manager to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

- Develops local HR strategy in line with the organizational strategy.

- Performance Management - takes part in objectives setting, performance discussion process, managing performance improvement and recognizing high performance.

- Workplace equality & diversity - promotes the diversity, fair treatment regardless of the origin and beliefs.

- Employee Communication - assists in the articulation of the values and culture of the organization and proposes HR activities which support company's culture and employee's engagement).

- Employment/ Labor relations - ensures compliance with the organization's practices with applicable labor legislation and collective labor agreements.

- Provides advice to managers and ensures uniform interpretation of Labor laws.
