- Conduct in-depth analysis of brand protection issues including counterfeiting, diversion and tampering of consumer health goods.
- Monitor and analyze online marketplaces, social media, and other open-source intelligence to identify potential violations of brand rights, IP and product diversion.
- Analyze multiple internal data sources to identify linkages and patterns to support the triage process for new incidents; support ongoing investigations; and build the intelligence picture of illicit supply chains.
- Set and deliver against structured action and collection plans for each investigation.
- Review, assess and obtain alignment from the Regional Leader on Vendor investigative plans (IP) and estimated budgets.
- Support the investigative process and suggest modifications to IPs and budgets as required.
- Under the guidance of the Regional Leader, engage with internal and external stakeholders in determining appropriate investigative strategies.
- Coordinate with 3rd party vendors on investigations referred for enforcement.
- Ensure investigative records are maintained in an accurate, timely, and thorough manner and related metrics are appropriately captured in the case management and intelligence management systems.
- Assist in conducting periodic vendor performance assessments.
- Support local evidence storage and destruction processes.
- At least 3 years demonstrated experience in Product Security Investigations or closely related discipline in a relevant industry.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (example: Law, Criminology, logistics, …) or equivalent through experience.
- Professional working English level. Writen and spoken
- Experience in consumer goods, personal care, healthcare, e-commerce, or brand protection industry or law enforcement
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
- Product security investigations experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (writing & oral), with proven “customer service” orientation.

- Proficiency in conducting OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence) gathering.
- Knowledge of proper collection, transportation, and storage of evidence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
