- The selected candidate will mainly support the Marketing Coordinator, but also assume other responsibilities within the Marketing & Communications structure, like internal and external Communications and Digital.
- Under the main Marketing responsibilities, the candidate will work with distribution and product teams in order to prepare performance reports for the broker sales incentive campaigns, coordinate online and offline training sessions for brokers and clients, prepare PPT presentations, support online and offline internal events organization, support online and offline events directed to brokers and clients, select and develop marketing, gifts, events and other services and goods suppliers.
- With regards to Communications, the candidate shall be able to prepare excellent and creative written materials, such as leadership messages, collaterals, online texts for brokers and partners. In addition, the candidate is expected to support keeping the online communications channels updated, such as App's, boards and intranet pages.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, advertising or related field preferred
- Experience in B2B marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal relationship
- Practical experience in organizing events and deliver campaigns
- Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment
- Intermediate English Skills. Spanish is desirable
