Join our team and play a key role in supporting global IT infrastructure projects, providing advanced technical support, and ensuring high service quality for our business.(ONSITE POSITION) SUMARE PLANTWhat you’ll do:Maintain a solid and collaborative relationship with local business areas and other functions, supporting initiatives from global corporate IT teams and strategic business units (SBUs); * Support and coordinate IT infrastructure projects, both local and global, working in partnership with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Provide technical support to end-users in offices and plants, assisting in the efficient use of IT tools and systems.
  • Act as Level 3 support for identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring service continuity.
  • Diagnose the origin of incidents through effective communication with users, support teams, internal operations, and vendors.
  • Perform acquisition, installation, configuration, and upgrade of hardware and software components, ensuring compliance with technical standards.
  • Plan and manage responses to service interruptions and other incidents, minimizing business impacts.
  • Conduct training for users on new technologies, systems, and tools, promoting adoption and correct use.
  • Document, track, and monitor incidents and problems, ensuring resolution within established deadlines and continuous process improvement.
  • Participate in the resolution of critical incidents and support root cause analyses to prevent recurrence.
  • Ensure the quality of infrastructure services, meeting the agreed service levels with internal customers.
  • Support the infrastructure of business applications, ensuring consistency, performance, and high availability of servers and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with global IT standards, policies, and procedures, promoting information security and adherence.
  • Manage infrastructure project delivery, ensuring compliance with deadlines, scope, and budget.
  • Propose, evaluate, and monitor the acquisition of new technological solutions that meet business needs and optimize existing infrastructure.
  • Interact with vendors and other internal areas to ensure the efficient and continuous operation of IT tools and services.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Systems Analysis, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • At least 7 years of experience in the area.
  • Advanced English for working with international teams.
  • Proficiency in Linux and Windows Server operating systems
  • Basic knowledge of Databases (SQL / Oracle)
  • Computer Networks (LAN / WAN)
  • Information Security
  • Problem Solving / Troubleshooting
Desirable Requirements
  • ITIL certification.
  • Experience working in multinational companies.
  • Experience in supporting business applications regarding installation/upgrades on servers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to document operational procedures
  • Strong analytical skills to quickly resolve technical issues, assess alternative approaches, and recommend the most viable and cost-effective solutions
