- Support in prospecting new clients (inbound and outbound).
- Follow up on leads and ongoing opportunities.
- Assist in expanding relationships with existing clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Update and organize data in the CRM (HubSpot).
- Ensure lead and client information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor basic conversion and performance metrics.
- Prepare presentations and commercial proposals.
- Support the sales team during meetings, events, and client relationship activities.
- Contribute ideas to improve the sales approach and customer experience.
- Support lead generation campaigns alongside the marketing team (email marketing, social media, events, etc.).
- Monitor and provide feedback on the quality of leads received.
- Previous experience (6 months to 2 years) in sales, prospecting, or commercial support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus).
- English: Advanced (mandatory).
- Spanish: Nice to have.
