• Location: Brazil - Working Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (EST) What You'll Do: Coordinate cross-functional teams (Service Ops, CX, IT, Analytics) to align on retention initiatives.
• Manage project plans, track milestones, and update charters and dashboards.
• Support rollout of retention tools like coaching forms, call flows, and cancellation processes.
• Monitor KPIs such as save rates and premium retained; review dashboards and reports.
• Facilitate communication, draft updates, and surface risks to leadership.
• Collaborate on training and readiness for frontline teams.
• Experience: - 4-7 years of experience.
