- Own copy strategy and execution across multiple channels.
- Architect and protect brand voice across these product lines.
- Use AI responsibly to scale content production without sacrificing quality or authenticity.
- Partner closely with leadership and CRO to ensure messaging is a driver of revenue and brand authority.
Architect voice systems: Create and maintain brand voice guidelines that ensure consistency across campaigns and customer touchpoints.
Scale with AI (responsibly): Build AI-assisted workflows (prompt libraries, templates, QA standards) to deliver speed and efficiency without compromising accuracy or compliance.
Drive disciplined testing: Collaborate with the CRO Funnel Specialist to prioritize hypotheses, launch copy tests, analyze results, and codify learnings into frameworks.
Translate data into growth: Turn funnel and campaign insights into actionable copy strategies that improve opt-in, click-through, and conversion rates.
Influence strategy: Partner with senior marketing leaders to shape campaign approaches, growth experiments, and long-term messaging frameworks.
Elevate standards: Actively participate in our candid, respectful feedback culture to continuously raise the bar.What Success Looks Like30/60/90 days: You’ve launched multiple campaigns for personal and business programs, established a copy testing rhythm, and are recognized as the go-to authority on voice for these product lines.6 months: Your copy is driving measurable lifts across funnels, and your voice guidelines are adopted by the wider marketing team.12 months: You are the recognized architect of messaging strategy for personal and business products, with a track record of fuelling revenue growth while maintaining brand authenticity.What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record as a direct-response copywriter with measurable results (portfolio required).
- Strong expertise writing for personal development and/or business development audiences.
- Ability to own copy strategy across channels: email, sales pages, ads, video scripts, SMS.
- Fluency with generative AI tools and workflows; experience building scalable, brand-safe systems.
- Strong data literacy: comfortable interpreting performance metrics and iterating quickly.
- Growth-oriented mindset: treats tests and feedback as inputs to sharpen craft.
- Proactive, accountable, and collaborative, with a bias for ownership.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Bonus: Familiarity with coaching, e-learning, or high-ticket programs.
