- Identify and develop new business, generating sales of new services within new logos, and expanding the business within existing accounts.
- Build upon and maintain Ocasa Life Sciences’ existing customer base through customer centric excellence, frequent client interaction and technical expertise.
- Identify new market trends or, alongside the client, bring the demand to OCASA Strategy team to support expanding the scope of the services provided by making suggestions on new product offerings and sales improvements.
- To know in depth the activities of the clients and their structure therefore guaranteeing that the services offered are adequate for their requirements.
- Build and monitor customers’ pipelines and track them timely and consistently within the CRM tool. Ensure activities are timely and accurately reported.
- Travel expenses and reports are to be provided timely as per OCASA’s policies.
- Customer RFPs/ projects/ volumes to be duly provided to operations and forecasted volumes to be provided to Sr Management + Operations.
- Identifies, nurtures and maintains strategic relationships with potential business partners and customers.
- Accountable for building a healthy and robust pipeline of new business opportunities through direct or indirect customer contacts, sales leads and prospecting.
- Works alongside operations, marketing, strategy, pricing, procurement and other key internal stakeholders to implement business initiatives.
- Develops and foments contacts and relationships within the industry, business environment, and OCASA customer base to understand and respond to the market needs, pricing standards, and changes in product demand.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- +5 years’ experience in Sales within the Logistics, Pharma, Medical Device or Clinical Supply industries.
- Track record in lead generation on a B2B environment, networking, prospecting, persuading and developing rapport leading to successful deal closures.
- English and Portuguese fluent business proficiency.
- Familiar with CRMs (Customer Relationship Management Systems) such as Salesforce.

- The role may require occasional work outside of standard business hours to accommodate client needs or urgent issues.
- Around 40% travel nationally and 5% or less internationally.
