  • RESPONSABILITIESAdministration and Monitoring: As part of CRM team, you will be responsible for the administration and monitoring of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

  • Power Automate: Develop and implement Power Automate flows to automate business processes, tailored to the specific Dynamics 365 CRM processes, contributing to continuous optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Power BI Reports: Serve as the key contact for our Power BI development team and provide support in utilizing Dynamics 365 CRM data in Power BI to create impactful dashboards and reports that enable informed, data-driven decisions and enhance company performance.
