DescriptionJoin our dynamic Other Hardlines (OHL) Instock Management team as an Individual Contributor, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring product availability and driving customer satisfaction across our fastest-growing categories. This position offers the opportunity to work with inventory systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and directly impact millions of customer experiences daily.As an Instock Manager for OHL, you'll be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels across diverse product categories including home improvement, tools, automotive, and sporting goods. You'll leverage data analytics to forecast demand, identify supply chain risks, and implement solutions that keep our shelves stocked while minimizing excess inventory costs.What makes this role exciting:- Own end-to-end inventory health for high-velocity OHL categories with significant business impact

- Monitor and analyze inventory health metrics across assigned Hardlines categories, identifying out-of-stock risks, excess inventory situations, and supply chain disruptions that impact product availability- Generate and distribute daily/weekly performance reports tracking key instock metrics (in-stock rate, coverage days, aged inventory) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders- Support root cause analysis for availability issues by investigating vendor performance, demand forecast accuracy, purchase order status, and fulfillment center constraints
- Collaborate with vendors and supply chain partners to expedite critical purchase orders, resolve receiving delays, and ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving items
- Maintain and update inventory planning tools including demand forecasts, safety stock parameters, and reorder points based on sales trends and seasonality patterns- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support business decisions, such as evaluating new vendor onboarding opportunities, assessing promotional impact on inventory, or identifying slow-moving SKUs for clearance- Participate in cross-functional meetings with retail buyers, operations teams, and finance to align on inventory strategies and communicate instock performance- Create and maintain documentation of standard operating procedures, escalation protocols, and best practices for inventory management processes- Support system testing and implementation of new inventory management tools, providing feedback on functionality and user experience- Track and report on vendor compliance metrics including on-time delivery rates, fill rates, and lead time performance to drive continuous improvementBasic Qualifications- Experience in data analytics or automation
- Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
