- Actively develop new business (hunter profile) in your region
- Prospect and approach new clients through cold calling, visits, email, and LinkedIn
- Sell telematics hardware devices (GPS trackers, vehicle tracking equipment, IoT devices)
- Build your own pipeline and expand market presence locally
- Prepare commercial offers and negotiate contracts
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Represent Teltonika in meetings and industry events
- Work closely with technical teams when needed
- Based in Minas Gerais or Recife (Northeast region)
- Strong experience in B2B sales of hardware products (telematics, telecom, tracking devices, electronics, or similar)
- Proven hunter profile (new client acquisition, market opening)
- Knowledge of industries such as fleet management, logistics, transportation, agriculture
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Fluent in Portuguese
- English level: Intermediate (B1+), required for understanding product documentation, technical materials, and internal communication.
- Strong ownership, autonomy, and results-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel
