- Develop and implement strategies to grow profitable sales within the Pharma market.
- Motivate and develop the sales team to consistently achieve desired results.
- Understand customer requirements, opportunities, and competition in the Pharma market.
- Identify and implement new distributor opportunities to expand brand awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage service, supply chain, and budgetary requirements.
- Work closely with marketing to increase MBD market awareness.
- Prepare sales forecasts, conduct trend analysis, and drive achievement.
- Maintain effective relationships with customer departments.
- Meet annual sales and gross margin targets while adhering to budget guidelines.
- Identify new key accounts and manage key opinion leaders.
- Keep account receivables under control.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Submit required reports and manage distributor accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or similar field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel (50-75%).
- High proficiency in Excel.
- Proficient in English, both oral and written.
- Full and current driving license.
- Proven consistency, precision, and listening skills.
- Desire to continuously improve and take on new responsibilities.
- Ability to manage demanding and stressful situations.
- Previous experience in a life sciences company.
- 8+ years of Sales Management experience, with at least 3 years in the Pharma industry.
- Experience in strategic change management and knowledge management.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans.
- Proven ability to operate independently with initiative and good business judgment.

- Willingness to frequent change and comfortable in a matrix management environment.
