- AI-Enhanced Development: Pioneer AI-powered development workflows, automated testing, and intelligent code optimization
- Team Leadership: Coordinate with our global development team and mentor developers across the stack
- Scale the Platform: Take the platform from thousands to millions of users with bulletproof architecture
- 10+ years fullstack development with 5+ years in technical leadership roles
- Expert-level Spring Boot/Kotlin and strong Vue/TypeScript experience
- Database mastery: PostgreSQL optimization, complex queries, schema design at scale
- Leadership experience: You've mentored developers and driven technical decisions
- AI curiosity: Experience with or strong interest in AI-assisted development tools
- Startup scaling experience: You've taken platforms from early stage to millions of users
- Performance obsession: You optimize before problems become critical
- Cloud/DevOps: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes experience
- AI tooling: Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI development experience
- Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
- Vacation: 10 business days a year
