- Daily monitoring of production and distribution of food
- Attending to guest requests regarding nutrition
- Attending the authorities of sanitary inspection, when required
- Focus the controls in the food security of the guest and team
- Participate in training that are offered for your professional development
- Technical Training in Nutrition
