- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities in the Talent Acquisition (TA) process.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Present actionable insights to the TA Optimization Lead and regional stakeholders.
- Identify and implement lean process improvements to reduce inefficiencies and duplicative work.
- Ensure global compliance while adapting solutions to local market needs.
- Support vendor management and enhancements for recruitment tools (e.g., job boards, background checks, CRM).
- Configure, maintain, and optimize TA systems like Workday and Avature, including AI tools.
- Collaborate on system enhancements and participate in regional TA and HR transformation initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition operations or HR technology.
- Strong technical proficiency in Workday, Avature, or similar ATS/CRM platforms.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with data visualization tools preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
- Experience working in a matrixed, global organization across time zones and cultures.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
