Job Category: AccountingJob Description:Job Summary:This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Implement, Calculate and Control Cost Accounting (Material, Labor, Freight Import Cost and Overheads expenses),
  • Support pricing actions initiatives for the business _ Std and perpetual moving average cost.
  • Support Directors on decision making with accuracy information's, reports and KPI
  • Support Budget, Forecast preparation, and strategic plan elaboration with Finance, Commercial and General Management leadership
  • Month end close process, Internal Controls
  • Inventory Control, cycle counts
  • Support decision making on Inventory management - DIH, Provisions, Disposal and actions to reduce Results impacts from Inventory
  • Cost Accounting and Inventory reconciliation
  • Ensure integrity of product cost and cost accounting information for multiple sites
  • Support on Internal Audit processes
Education/Language skill/Experience:
  • Required minimum 5 year in Management/Leadership position
  • Bachelor's Accounting, Finance or equivalent education
  • MBA is a plus
  • English advanced
  • Spanish Intermediate
  • Integrated ERP Experience
  • One Stream or HFM System
