Polarion Fullstack Developer

• Collaborate with users, analysts, and cross-functional teams to define software needs and translate them into functional solutions.

• Strong working knowledge of Polarion ALM (template configuration, dashboards, traceability).
• Understanding of ALMPLM integration , system architectures, and NFRs.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, messaging (JMS/SOAP), and agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud services (e.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Nice to Have: Experience with Windchill PLM, Oracle, and enterprise integration tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks like IEC 61508 or CMMC .
• Exposure to Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices-based design.
