Senior Salesforce Developer

• The ideal candidate will be comfortable owning end-to-end development across Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and custom integrations.
• Responsibilities:Design, build, and optimize user interfaces using LWC and modern front-end practices.
• Develop scalable Apex code, triggers, and custom business logic aligned with platform best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain integrations with third-party systems.
• Contribute to performance improvements, code reviews, and technical decision-making across projects.
• Participate in solution design discussions with senior engineers and stakeholders.
• Requirements:7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Mulesoft, LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and custom UI components.
• Proven experience building and consuming REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows and CI/CD tools like Salesforce DX, Gearset, or Copado.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a clear ability to communicate technical details concisely.
• Preferred:Experience with performance tuning and UI responsiveness within Salesforce.
• Background in supporting or mentoring other developers.
