• Primary Responsibilities of This Role Include:Conduct the budget process.
• Consolidate and analyze actual vs.
• budgeted figures and financial performance of Business Units and corporate areas.
• Manage and prepare revenue and cost forecasts.
• Develop reports and dashboards.
• Skills and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Accounting, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance, controllership, or related areas.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork and people development skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing environments.
• Openness to give and receive feedback.
