• Requisitos:Lead engineering teams in developing and maintaining critical systems that power Cubbo's LATAM operations.
• Collaborate closely with product, operations, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Ensure best practices in software development, code quality, system security, and scalability.
• Track team performance and system metrics, continuously identifying areas for improvement.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of learning, ownership, and high performance.
• Contribute to the definition of the technical roadmap and participate in strategic decision-making.
• RequirementsProven experience as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in software architecture, distributed systems, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent technical and people leadership skills.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) - daily communication with international teams.
• Based in São Paulo (city) or Mexico City.
• Experience in startups, logistics, or e-commerce is a strong plus.
