- This role is part of our Data Science team which is the largest department in our organization consisting of close to 200 Data Scientists throughout the world.
- Our Data Scientists work in a full lifecycle role and on a broad range of subjects acquiring extensive technical and professional experience in data science, data engineering, software engineering, business understanding and client engagement.

- As a member of the data science team, you will be working alongside our technical experts and your role will be key to rolling out our enterprise level solutions to our clients.
- You will actively participate in the development of our suite of products: fraud detection, anti-money laundering, and claim automation.
- Implementation of the data pipeline, from client extracts to the modelling of the data in our data warehouse.
- Developing, testing, tuning and deploying fraud detection models in production.
- Automate key business tasks by implementing them in our production process framework in C#.
- Report effectively to business stakeholders on a regular basis, including analysis of KPIs and system performance.
- Conduct meetings with clients and interact with external stakeholders, whether it is for direct user feedback, presenting business cases or defining the roadmap of evolutions.
- Software engineering background with 2+ years of experience in an OOP language (C#, C/C++, Java) and SQL, we thrive on people who can write maintainable, production-quality code that will run everyday without breaking.
- AI-savvy, having a clear understanding of statistics, machine learning and data solutions is important to communicate internally and explain to the client how the product works.
- Client facing. You will need to be comfortable and open to communicating to our clients on a regular basis.
- Business smart. We don't expect candidates to have prior knowledge of the insurance sector, but we want applicants who are interested in learning and mastering the business aspects of our products.
- Team player. You will be expected to work effectively with a diverse group of people and collaborate with multiple types of teams.
- Experience with integration of external data sources through APIs is a plus.
