Description :Essential Job Functions - Manage full-cycle expediting from PO issuance until material delivery to final destination
- Maintain proactive follow-up with national and international suppliers, ensuring alignment with client instructions.
- Update and control timelines and status in Client system and internal controls, ensuring visibility and traceability at all stages.
- Validate Commercial Invoice, Packing List, photos, fumigation and other required shipping documents according to the SOPs and checklists.
- Request freight pick-up and coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure fiscal and documentation compliance.
- Identify and address discrepancies among PO, CIPL, and MR (OSND).
- Flag special requirements (Dangerous Goods, Repetro, Import License, oversized cargo) and apply correct procedures according to internal instructions.
- Participate in meetings with suppliers, clients and internal departments to align priorities and solve critical issues.
- Prepare expediting performance reports and indicators for assigned POs and Projects.
Other Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of customs, export and import processes is considered a differential that adds value to the role.
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Intermediate to advanced English for communication and document review.
- Strong organizational skills, sense of urgency, and effective communication.
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks, manage critical projects, and perform effectively under pressure.
Education And Experience - Proven experience in international expediting, supply chain, or import logistics.
