  • Engage with customers (via KAMs) to address technical requirements, propose technological improvements, and align solutions with the product portfolio.
  • Conduct technical demonstrations of technology solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Deliver internal technical training to KAMs and channel partners, while actively contributing to sales strategies and new account acquisition plans.
  • Support customers throughout the entire sales cycle, including post-sale follow-up.
  • Understand IT department structures, hold technical/commercial discussions at multiple levels, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar.
  • Experience in the role for 3 to 5 years Strong technical expertise in relevant technologies.
  • Proven commercial acumen and customer-facing skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Intermediate Excel skills (data analysis, reporting).
