- Maintain and enhance Tableau dashboards to monitor and analyze product performance.
- Perform in-depth analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business outcomes.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Present findings to clients, understand their data needs, and offer expert guidance on data-driven decisions.
- Conduct regular data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Partner with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product) to align analysis with business goals.
- Maintain clear documentation of reporting processes, methodologies, and findings.
- Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices in analytics and data visualization.
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on eCommerce or online advertising preferred.
- Proficient in Tableau and other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker); able to build, maintain, and improve reports and dashboards.
- Fluency in SQL required; Python or R a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and macros.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and relevant advertising analytics platforms (e.g., AMS, DSP, Google Ads, Sizmek, AMC).
- Experience with statistical modeling and forecasting techniques such as A/B testing, regression, time series analysis, etc.
- Ability to clearly explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with databases like Snowflake, Redshift, or similar, and familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
