The Red Hat People Team is seeking an Associate HRIS Analyst to join our Workforce Technology Solutions group in Brazil. In this role, you will be a key partner to our HR teams, ensuring the integrity and functionality of our HR Information Systems (HRIS). You will empower the business with the data and tools needed for strategic planning and decision-making, while also enhancing the overall employee experience through technology.What will you do:Monitor systems and data, resolving Level 1 and 2 HR system issues and escalating issues to business owners, product owners, or vendors as neededManage user access, including security and permissions for various systemsAssist with testing of new systems and applications, system updates, and data conversionPartner cross-functionally with internal business owners to identify opportunities for increased usage and enhancements of current processes and systemsDevelop and maintain up-to-date HRIS functional documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system documentationDesign, prepare, analyze, and audit HR dashboards, data, and metrics crucial to the administration of HRBuild user procedures, guidelines, documentation, and training on HRIS systemsAdminister audit processes to ensure data integrity, system accuracy, and compliancePerform ticket triage and respond to system-related inquiries, serving as the main point of contact for the resolution of any issues related to HR systems and applicationsMaintain and protect associate data by keeping HR information confidentialWhat will you bring:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or a related field, or equivalent experience1+ years of experience with HR management systems, including writing reports, data entry, and administration1+ year(s) of experience working in system administration or equivalent experienceAdvanced experience with spreadsheet analysis and data analysisExceptional focus on detail and ability to maintain confidentialityExcellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skillsAbility to collaborate in a fast-paced, changing environmentSolid organizational and planning skillsAbility to handle multiple priorities and projectsHighly proficient with office software and applications like spreadsheets, presentations, ticketing systems, etc.Experience with Workday, ServiceNow preferredHands-on experience with an enterprise HRIS, such as Workday or ServiceNow.Demonstrated experience in HR management systems, including report writing, data analysis, and system administration.Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a passion for supporting people and solving problems.Strong analytical skills with a focus on translating business needs into technical requirements.#LI-NG1About Red Hatis the world’s leading provider of enterprise software solutions, using a community-powered approach to deliver high-performing Linux, cloud, container, and Kubernetes technologies.
