Product Manager

• Manage product builds end-to-end: run kickoff calls, gather requirements, define MVPs, and oversee delivery.

• Transform client ideas into clear product specs, wireframes, and UX flows.
• Assess technical feasibility and make smart tradeoff decisions between complexity, speed, and quality.
• Coordinate between clients, engineers, and AI systems to keep projects on track.
• Collect and prioritize client feedback to refine product iterations.
• Ensure clients feel supported and engaged throughout the build process.
• Contribute to improving tools, systems, and workflows as the company scales.

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Solutions Architect in a tech company, agency, or startup.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects or clients simultaneously.
• Consultancy background.
• Strong understanding of how software is built, including APIs, databases, and front-end/back-end logic.
• Solid grasp of UX design principles and the ability to create wireframes or user flows.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage expectations and build trust.
• Experience working with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Midjourney) is a plus.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Advanced English proficiency; prior experience with U.S. clients or teams preferred.

• $3,500 – $5,000 USD/Month
