StautRH and Kestria Brasil - EXECUTIVE SEARCH DIVISION, in partnership with a multinational company located in the metropolitan region of Campinas, is seeking a Sales Manager who will be responsible for commercial activities focused on the company's strategic plan and increasing the market share of its products.Requirements:- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience. A university degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering areas preferred, experience in general Industrial B2B Sales or Marketing; additional proficiency in quality, customer service and manufacturing process are a differentiator;- Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members and manufacturer representatives;- Holds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards;- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demands;- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation;- Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish;- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results;- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity;- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and CRM tools (Oracle, SalesForce);- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers.Responsibilities:- Responsible for the bookings goals for assigned territory;- Communicate market trends, competitive info, new opportunities and the voice of the customer to the management team;- Engage with customers to ensure the assigned industry is maximizing product, efficiency, etc.;- Manage and implement sales strategy for territory;- Manage all sales calls and presentations to ensure the customers are equipped to make the selection of company for their product needs;- Guide team to develop and execute on insightful and action-oriented business plans utilizing marketing and financial tools to communicate roadmap for sustained differentiation and growth;- Leverage current portfolio of products and services that is aligned with the segment and business strategies to drive growth;- Initiate product revenue growth strategies including product family positioning, market and competitive analysis, market segmentation and market penetration;- Execute pricing strategies consistent with product positioning;- Requires extensive travel within Brazil and occasional out of country.
