We are looking for a Software Engineering Lead to join global projects, working with modern technologies across front-end and back-end layers. This is a 3 to 12-month contract, renewable based on project availability and performance.The OpportunityAs an Engineering Lead, you'll be a manager of a highly skilled engineering team building amazing digital products for our clients, and you´ll help them achieve their personal and professional goals. You'll also drive the team and our clients to use cutting-edge techniques and processes for software delivery, and use your technical prowess to shape the solutions we create.   • Have professional engineering experience of at least 5 years building digital products, and at least 2 years leading a team;
  • Have professional engineering experience with Mobile app development technologies (Android, IOS, or React Native) and/or Web development technologies (React, Next, Angular, Vue, Node, .NET, Java);
  • Have managed a team of software engineers building digital products, and been responsible for growing the people on the team through goal-setting, coaching, and feedback;
  • Have familiarity with CI/CD, Agile techniques for managing work, pairing, mobbing, and shift-left testing;
  • Have owned the delivery of a complete digital product, with code that is durable, secure, scalable, and thoroughly tested;
  • Can simplify and communicate about complex problems around technology, business processes, user experience, and development tasks;
  • Fluent English skills - including written, verbal, and presentation.

  • Professional experience as a Project or Product Manager and Scrum Master from a major technology consultancy or agency
  • You've guided a client to further their use of modern engineering practices or agile software delivery processes
  • Certifications such as CSM, CSPO, PMP, SA, SPC, etc.
