- We are seeking a highly analytical and structured professional to drive the planning, execution, and governance of key initiatives within our team. This role will act as the central coordination point between local country teams and the Emerging Market Center team, ensuring data-driven decision-making, alignment, and timely delivery of commitments to senior management.
- This position combines strategic planning with project management, requiring strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in financial modeling, and expertise in structuring executive-level presentations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking performance metrics, preparing high-quality reports, and ensuring a disciplined governance process across countries and the center.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Organize and structure the team’s planning efforts, ensuring initiatives are managed as projects with clear milestones, KPIs, and accountability.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Liase with finance teams to ensure appropriate monthly end results and forecast are in place for key revenue drivers.
- Executive Reporting & Presentations: Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports for senior management, providing clear and compelling narratives based on data.
- Governance & Delivery Management: Implement structured tracking and reporting processes to ensure commitments to senior leadership are met with high standards of accuracy and governance.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the bridge between local country teams and the Prudential International Insurance Center, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of critical initiatives, tracking deliverables, managing dependencies, and ensuring seamless execution.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong financial modeling and anakyticall skills.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in leading cross functional project.
- Proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint (executive storytelling, data visualization) is essential.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage and align multiple stakeholders.
- PMO Certification is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese; desireble Spanish.
