  • BUSINESS UNIT AND POSITIONThe Brazil Hotel Account Manager (all genders) manages performance of regional hotel chains and participates in international accommodation programs for prestigious corporate clients.
  • The role acts as the primary contact for hotel partners and regional structures, developing strategies, managing satisfaction, and overseeing profitability as PnL owner.
  • The position reports directly to the Vice President of Procurement Consulting & Supplier Solutions Americas.
  • CHALLENGEManage partnerships and initiatives with Brazil's regional hotel chains, representing key global accounts from Fortune 500.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including C-Level, positioning HRS as a trusted partner.
  • Develop strategic discussions based on data, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Own the commercial P&L with partners, including negotiations.
  • Design and implement strategic initiatives, coordinating with internal teams across regions.
  • Act as the main contact for hotel partners, supported by operational and solution teams.
  • Contribute to HRS's growth across all Lodging as a Service platforms, acting entrepreneurially within the organization.
