Meridia is an Agriculture Technology company specializing in field data across complex, smallholder-driven agricultural supply chains such as coffee, cocoa, palm oil, rubber, and soy.Our software platform, Meridia Verify®, supports exporters and traders in validating supply chain data and complying with frameworks such as the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and ICE Commodity Trading (ICE CoT).We work directly with operators on the ground to ensure their supply chains remain compliant, resilient, and connected to international markets.Why this role mattersWith EUDR coming into force, coffee exporters in Brazil must ensure their supply chains are fully traceable and compliant.In this role, you will work directly with exporters and suppliers to help them:
- Understand what is required under EUDR
- Prepare and structure their datasets
- Identify and mitigate risks at farm level
- Successfully reach compliance readiness
- Work directly with exporters
- Support coffee exporters in preparing for EUDR and ICE CoT requirements
- Guide them through onboarding, training, and day-to-day program execution
- Help structure, clean, and validate supply chain datasets
- Collaborate closely with Account Management, Sales, Methodology, and ICE CoT teams.
- Maintain aligned documentation, local guidance, and Portuguese translations of key materials.
- Monitor program success metrics: ICE CoT-ready suppliers and volumes (MT)
- Identify process improvements and support the continuous refinement of our operator journey.
- Turn EUDR requirements into clear, actionable steps for operators
- Support implementation of workflows in collaboration with exporter teams
- Build strong relationships with exporters and supply chain partners
- Provide practical, solution-oriented guidance
- 5+ years of experience in the coffee sector in Brazil
- Experience working with exporters, cooperatives, or supply chain programs
- Strong understanding of how coffee supply chains operate in practice
- Experience with traceability, certification, or compliance programs is a plus
- Proven ability to manage complex customer programs and drive adoption of digital tools.
- Experience working with field-data workflows, suppliers, or compliance frameworks is highly desirable.
- Experience collaborating with international, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership
- Well-connected within the Brazilian coffee ecosystem
- Comfortable working directly with suppliers and field-level data
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable working with data (Excel, GIS, datasets, supplier information)
- Fluent in Portuguese and good working proficiency in English
- Customer-first, proactive, and solution-oriented.

- Flexible work schedule with 1-2 days per week
- São Paulo-based role with limited on-site customer visits
