- ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation and management of ServiceNow ITSM solutions to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of ITIL V4 and ITIL V3 processes to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for ServiceNow ITSM to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges and opportunities for innovation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain the integrity and security of IT services.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of ITSM processes to ensure adherence to established standards and guidelines.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT services.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues related to ServiceNow ITSM.
- Develop and maintain documentation for ITSM processes procedures and best practices.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to align IT services with business goals.
- QualificationsMust have extensive experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of ITIL V4 and ITIL V3 processes.
- Should have experience in the Hi-Tech domain.
- Must possess excellent English language skills for reading writing and speaking.
- Should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
