- Experience: 8+ years of experience in GTM strategy, preferably in the real estate, tech, or SaaS sectors. Proven experience developing, executing, and optimizing successful GTM strategies.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical background with the ability to manage and optimize GTM tools, CRM, and automation platforms. Proficiency in data analytics and performance tracking.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically while being able to dive into the operational and tactical aspects of GTM execution.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams and working closely with senior leadership.
- Analytical Mindset: Deep analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent english skills (verbal and written) is mandatory.
- GTM Strategy Development: Design and implement detailed GTM strategies for partnerships with brokers, with a focus on increasing revenue, market share, and brand presence.
- Execution and Ownership: Lead the execution of GTM strategies across all phases—from initial concept through to post-launch analysis. Be hands-on in the implementation, ensuring that every aspect of the plan is delivered.
- Funnel and Distribution Channels: Define and structure the sales and marketing funnel to drive leads, conversions, and long-term engagement with brokers. Analyze performance and optimize channels to improve efficiency.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends, identifying new opportunities and potential threats in the GTM landscape.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with a variety of teams to ensure alignment across all departments and smooth execution of the GTM strategy.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of GTM initiatives. Analyze data and metrics to continually refine and optimize strategies.
- Partnership Optimization: Identify and maximize partnership opportu nities within the real estate industry to enhance product offerings and improve partner satisfaction.
