- We are looking for a passionate and experienced Total Rewards Senior Specialist to join Siemens Total Rewards and Executives team in Brazil.
- In this role, you will act as the primary contact for Total Rewards topics in Brazilserving as a trusted advisor to local stakeholders and as part of a broader Latin America and global network.
- You will lead a local team and collaborate closely with People & Organization, business leaders, and global Total Rewards experts to ensure the successful execution of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
- This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working both strategically and hands-on, with a strong focus on excellence, continuous improvement, and business alignment.
- Position Challenges | Key Responsibilities:Serve as the local Total Rewards subject matter expert for Brazil, managing the execution and continuous improvement of key TR processes including:Annual salary planningShort-term incentive programsMarket benchmarking and job evaluationsBenefits programs and renewalsEquity and recognition programsPartner with the broader LATAM Total Rewards team to streamline processes, share best practices, and contribute to regional harmonization efforts.
- Collaborate with the global Total Rewards team to ensure local compliance and alignment with global strategies.
- Support the implementation of job architecture, grading structures, and compensation tools.
- Provide consultative guidance to P&O Business Partners and line managers on Total Rewards matters.
- Ensure accurate data management in P&O systems and support reporting, analytics, and audits.

- Lead, develop, and support a small local team of professionals with a collaborative and empowering leadership style.
- Required Qualifications:College degree in Business Administration, Economics, or other fields; Fluent Portuguese and English; Proven experience in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits roles in Brazil; Strong understanding ofBrazilian labor legislation and market practices related to compensation, benefits, and recognition; Experience working collaboratively in a matrixed, multicultural environment; Experience managing Total Rewards annual cycles (e.
